• Vouchers with a real value up to 49,00 € are being delivered free of charge and without warranty. Shipping as registered mail is possible upon request. The costs of 2,00 € shall be borne by the customer.
• Vouchers with a real value starting from 50,00 € are being delivered as registered mail and are free of charge.
The liability limit basically rests by a real value of 25,00 €. The liability limit can be increased up to the real value of the voucher (but generally up to a maximum of 500,00 €). The costs of 3,90 € shall be borne by the customer. The increase of the liability limit must be commissioned with the purchase in the online shop. The exchange or return of vouchers is in principle excluded.
