Is there a retail store?

You are welcome to pick up any of our items from us by arrangement and/or pre-order. So that we have your goods in stock, please contact us in advance by phone or email.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes!  You can reach our customer service from Monday - Friday (except on German public holidays) from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m +49 351 - 49 89 803

What payment options are there?

In our shop we offer payment in advance, credit card and Klarna direct debit. You are also welcome to redeem a voucher issued by us.

How long does the delivery take?

We ship the goods on weekdays from Monday to Friday. As a rule, you will receive packages within 2 - 3 days after the shipping confirmation. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery modalities of our shipping service provider DHL. Delays may also occur on public holidays (e.g. Christmas).

How can I track my shipment?

You will find a package tracking number (tracking number) in the shipping confirmation email, which can be clicked directly in the email to receive information about the current delivery status.

If you have not received a number, please contact our customer service, stating the order number or the customer name. Contact us via email or call us. You can reach us Monday - Friday (except in Germany). public holidays) from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m +49 351 - 49 89 803.

Can I also pick up my order?

When placing your order, if you "Pick up" shipping method selected, you can pick up your items directly from us. However, please wait until you have received our shipping confirmation/collection confirmation by email. Only then is your order ready for collection. Please note the opening hours of our pick-up point:

Where is my order?

After your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an email from us containing a link to track the shipment. You can use this to check the status of your shipment. Please note that subsequent address changes after delivery to DHL are no longer possible. Furthermore, we have no influence on the delivery modalities of the shipping service provider. However, you are welcome to contact us if you have any problems.

How can I exchange or return an item?

Please contact our customer service, stating your customer or order number, who will be happy to help you.

the goods or Shipment is damaged - what happens next?

Please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Please also have your customer or order number ready for this. We will then clarify with you in the further course of the process how we can initiate a replacement or refund for you!
